Visiting Stratvs is not just a tasting. Every day, we offer a guided tour of approximately 45 minutes, where you’ll learn everything about our winemaking process and the unique characteristics of our vines. But if you’re looking for an even more complete experience, Alma Canaria is exactly what you need: a guided tour followed by a lunch at El Aljibe del Obispo, where Canarian cuisine is brought to life in every dish—an experience that brings together landscape, wine, and fine dining in a setting with a voice of its own.
